We provide progress review, consultation, and guidance during Center-based or home-based programs. We fully evaluate intervention procedures and options, and determine the most feasible plan in partnership with our clients and their families.




Dr. Judith Belk

Dr. Judith Belk has credentials in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, Developmental Psychology, Special Education, Counseling and EEG (Neurofeedback) and Biofeedback. She has worked in universities, hospitals, clinics, private practice and schools. She works with individuals, families, parent groups, school districts and community agencies.

Dr. Belk is an international speaker and seminar leader who holds the American Speech-Language Hearing Association Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in both Speech-Language Pathology and in Audiology. She has been Department Chair of Special Education in a Portland, OR-area high school and an adjunct professor in graduate programs of local universities, teaching courses in child development, child and adolescent psychology, abnormal psychology and special education.

Dr. Belk, a seasoned clinician who values multidisciplinary collaboration, has considerable expertise in working with individuals with learning disorders and differences, speech and hearing disorders, auditory processing disorders, dyslexia, autism/Asperger’s Syndrome, brain injuries, attention deficit disorders, mental retardation, and attachment and adoption issues as well as career change goals. Clients appreciate her warmth, joy, humor, optimism and sincere interest in facilitating their personal growth. She has strong skills in aiding clients to increase independence, to know themselves better, and to enhance their capabilities.
