FOCUS Measuring attention regulation

FOCUS is a computerized measurement of Attentional Control, i.e. an individual’s capacity to choose what to pay attention to and what to ignore. Attentional control is the ability to remain focused on goal-relevant stimuli and information in the presence of potentially interfering distractions (visual and auditory).  FOCUS tests are norm-referenced. FOCUS is not a psychometric assessment and is not utilized as a stand-along test for diagnostic purposes

FOCUS measures several aspects (constructs) that influence Attentional Control: Consistency, Performance, Impulsivity, Performance Decline and Distractions (audio and visual).
